Hi everyone because yesterday I explained how to make basic sponge, so today I will continue to the decoration cake finishing. At this stage I will decorate the cake using cream and chocolate ganache until the cake look beautiful.

First, we have to prepare an underliner cake to start stacking the cake using cream and a little simple syrup that has been mixed with vanilla esence, and then we arrange the cake into three stackings.


After that the cake has been covered with cream until the entire surface and edge of the cake is covered all, then store it in the refrigerator so the cream sticks well. we make a garnish to decorate some parts of the cake later, this garnish is made of melted chocolate dark compound and chocolate white compound.
