How To Make Sweet Bread (English Version)


Hi, everyone survived struggling to achieve success this week, now on this occasion I will explain and tell you how to make sweat bread. To make a bread dough, of course we have to need some equipment that is suitable for us to use in making this bread and our work area must always be clean (Hygiene) so that the work we do is good and always comfortable.


Ingredient :

Hard Flour                   1 kg

Sugar                           120 gr

Yeast                           15 gr

Improver                      10 gr

Milk Powder                80 gr

Egg                              2 pcs

Salt                              20 gr

Butter                           150 gr

Water                           400 – 500 gr


Procedure:
prepare all the ingredients and equipment that we will use then mix the dry ingredients first and then stir until well mixed after that, enter the two eggs and the water mix again using the mixing dough so as not to drain the energy when making bread.



after the water has been mixed with the flour mixture then put the butter and salt into the mixture then mix again until the mixture is smooth.

if the mixture is smooth the next step we will do a scaling portion, each portion is 80 gr. then rounding the dough and leaving it for about 5 minutes. after that the dough is molded with a rounded elongated shape and placed in a mold and then proofed at a temperature of 35-45 ° C with a humidity of 60-88% until the mixture expands.

then baked at a temperature of 180 ° C for 20 minutes. If the bread is cooked, remove it from the oven and cool it down.
