focus on studying the pastry & bakery section to go back to learning the
basic basics about how to make good cakes & bread from Mr. Ical and Chef
Salam. And this time I will make Cremeux Cake Sponge. If you want to make a
sponge with good results, the temperature for all ingredients used must be the
same because if there is one ingredient whose temperature is hot or cold, the
result will be less good.
